- 1 Cup Ground Walnuts
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Bars Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Roll into small (1 inch) balls.
- Place balls about an inch apart from each other on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Roll balls in powdered sugar and place in cookie jar.
